Basis Englichkenntnisse sind erforderlich um sich die vielen Tipps der Autorin zunutze zu machen.
Dieses Buch bietet wirklich neue Vorschläge und Techniken zur Herstellung von gefilztem Schuck. Da die Autorin auch Meisterin der Perlenkunst ist, kombiniert und überträgt sie viele Ansätze.
Allein die Bilder geben dem geübten Filzer schon Anregung genug um diesen Kauf zu rechtfertigen.
Ich hatte Gelegenheit der Autorin selbst zu begegnen,und konnte mich davon überzeugen, dass sie vollkommen in ihrem Handwerk aufgeht: Nicht nur dass sie über und über mit ihrer Filzkunst eingehüllt war, sonder auch in ihre Haare sind Glassperlen eingefilzt!
